TERMS AND CONDITIONS: KIDS BIKE TRAINING COURSE

Welcome to Freesol Academy. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below relevant to your chosen booking option.

SECTION A: FOR 8-SESSION PACKAGES

  • Schedule: 8 consecutive (Saturday or Sunday) sessions.
  • Freeze Your Sessions : Need a break? You can freeze your bookings at any time by giving us one week's notice. This allows you to pause your sessions and resume them later at your convenience.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule a maximum of one (1) session, provided you give us 24 hours notice in writing. Late notices or no-shows forfeit that session.

SECTION B: FOR PAY AS YOU GO (1-DAY PASS)

  • Commitment: Valid only for the specific single date purchased.
  • Refunds: Bookings are strictly non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: You can move your single session to a future Saturday if you give us 1 calendar week notice. Late notices or no-shows forfeit the booking fee entirely.

SECTION C: GENERAL RULES (APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS)

1. Parent Responsibilities and Safety

  • Age Range: Our curriculum is specialized for children between 2 and 7 years old. By booking, you confirm your child falls into this age bracket.
  • Parental Presence: A parent or authorized legal guardian must remain on-site for the entire duration of every training session. Our coaches are responsible for skills training, not individual childcare.
  • Attire: Children must wear appropriate athletic clothing, enclosed closed-toe shoes (sneakers), and a properly fitted safety helmet at all times during the lesson.

2. Medical and Liability Waiver

  • Physical Activity: Learning to balance and pedal a bike involves physical exertion and inherent risks of minor falls, scrapes, and bumps.
  • Fitness to Participate: By agreeing, you certify that the Participant is physically fit and has no medical conditions that would restrict them from safely learning to ride a bike.
  • Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freesol, its owners, and coaches shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the sessions.

3. Equipment Provision and Safety

    • Included Gear: Freesol provides all necessary balance bikes, pedal bikes, and safety helmets for the Participant's use during the official session times.
    • Care of Equipment: All equipment remains the sole property of Freesol and must not be taken off-site. Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring their child treats the equipment with reasonable care.
    • Sanitization: All helmets and bikes are regularly cleaned and sanitized between sessions for hygiene purposes.
    • Personal Helmets vs. Bikes: For safety, consistency, and the structure of our curriculum, participants must use the balance bikes and pedal bikes provided by Freesol. Personal bikes are not permitted on-site. However, parents/guardians may bring their child’s personal safety helmet, provided it is inspected and approved by our head coach before the session begins to ensure a proper fit and that it meets current safety standards. Freesol is not liable for any wear, tear, or damage to personal helmets brought on-site.
