Understanding Your Warranty

Every genuine Strider bike and accessory is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This means we'll replace or repair any part that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within two years of the original purchase date.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear And Tear

Like grips with a few miles on them, pedals with battle scars, or scuffed parts from years of little kid love.

Damage Caused By Improper Assembly, Maintenance, Or Storage

Like using the wrong tool, or leaving it out in a monsoon.

Accidents, Crashes, Or Abuse

Like a surprise run-in with a curb, an over-excited sibling, or getting left in the driveway after you told your kid three times — three times — to put it away.

Modifications To The Bike Or Use With Non-Strider Parts

While we love a good DIY project, our warranty doesn't cover bikes that have been turned into rocket ships or lawn mowers.

Finding Production Date and Serial Number

To process your claim quickly, we'll need your bike's production date and serial number. This information helps us verify your purchase and identify the exact parts you need. You can find the serial number and production date on a sticker located on the bottom of the bike's frame.

Submit Your Claim

Filing a warranty claim is easy! Follow these steps to get started:

  • Gather Information:
You'll need your original purchase receipt, the production date and serial number from your bike's frame, and photos of the defective part.
  • Fill Out the Form:
Send us an email to submit all of your information. Be sure to provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Submit and Wait:
Once your email received, a member of our customer service team will review it and contact you with a resolution, typically within a few business days.
