- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition with all tags and accessories intact.
- The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons:
- Underwear, socks, or other intimate wear.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Any item that has been used or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
