Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 2 to 7 working days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition with all tags and accessories intact.
  • The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons:
    • Underwear, socks, or other intimate wear.
    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Any item that has been used or damaged after delivery.

Return Process

  2. Return Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm if your item is eligible for a return.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers must cover the return shipping cost of AED 20, which will be deducted from the refund.
    • A courier will be arranged for pickup, or you may drop off the item at our designated location (if applicable).
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • If the payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.
